A 4-phase journey to help your church build an overflow culture in just 12 months. Our goal is to equip the local church with the tools necessary to thrive in its own context, congregation, and community.

Identify your church’s unique culture and systems through pastoral interviews, leader surveys, and member surveys.
2. DISCERN
Analyze data to create a specific strategy. We’ll work with your leaders to contextualize and finalize the plan & metrics of success.
3. INTEGRATE
Implement our culture blueprint, train GO Leaders, help ministry heads utilize those leaders, and create a culture adoption pipeline.
4. MEASURE
Evaluate growth and progress, celebrate wins, address challenges, and propose practical refinements to existing strategy.
