What is Overflow University?
Overflow University is a two-semester journey designed to help you grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus, develop confidence in your witness, and multiply disciple-makers wherever God has placed you.
You don’t need to be a Bible scholar or professional evangelist, just someone willing to take a next step so others can take theirs.

Becoming a GO Leader
Through clear training, tight-knit community, and consistent coaching, you will join a nationwide movement of Gospel Outreach Leaders designed to help others become overflowing, everyday evangelists and support them as they actively share their faith. As a GO Leader, you will:
Encourage & equip others to overcome challenges & fears.
Celebrate boldness & faithfulness, no matter the outcome.
Provide leadership & encouragement to keep others going.
Answer questions & correct gently when necessary.
How Long is Overflow University?
Designed to be flexible. Structured to be clear.
SEMESTER 1: LEARN & PREPARE
10 weeks focused on developing a biblical foundation for disciple-making, leadership skills, and practical tools needed to become an effective GO Leader.
In Semester 1, you’ll complete:
– Always Going: The Joyful Overflow of Everyday Evangelism book
– Outward-Focused Faith Workbook
– Overflow Evangelism Video Series
– Workbook Leader Guide
– GO Leader Handbook
– 5 Training Videos
– Ambassador Plan
SEMESTER 2: LAUNCH & MULTIPLY
When training becomes practice.
You will launch your own disciple-making group (of 4+ people) using the Always Going curriculum while receiving ongoing encouragement and coaching.
During this semester, you’ll identify potential new leaders and prepare for multiplication.
The Overflow Effect
LEARN how to become an everyday evangelist.
TRAIN to teach and lead others.
LEAD a group of four or more.
MULTIPLY by empowering members to become leaders.
OVERFLOW your campus, job or community with the gospel.
