ALWAYS GOING’S

Four-Phase Blueprint

Always Going is a church partnership organization, meaning our goal is to equip the local church with the tools necessary to thrive in its own context, congregation, and community. We do this many different ways, the most intentional being our four phases. This blueprint exists to strategically help churches create a lasting culture of evangelism.

P1: ENTER & UNDERSTAND

Understand the church’s mission, vision, goals, and methods.

Hear the hearts of the leaders to partner effectively and ensure teamwork.

P2: TRAIN TRAINERS

Establish GO Leaders, training them to help others develop an outward-focused worldview.

Support ministry leaders by providing training to all volunteers.

P3: CREATE CULTURE

Train believers, challenging, equipping, and sending them out.

Create a culture of believers training one another to share the gospel.

P4: EXIT & ENCOURAGE

Check in periodically to encourage and equip newly-trained leaders.

Continue to provide resources and training to the church as needed.
