PHASE 2 EXISTS TO
Create passionate disciple-making experts within the church
Provide a simple, strategic way to train believers of any age to share the gospel
Reinforce or introduce disciple-making as a key piece of the church culture
Add a new layer of ministry leaders to help believers at every level of spiritual maturity grow
Each local church is unique. We are all part of one Church, but every local body is different. In addition, each geographical community is different, with specific needs, hurts, fears, and experiences. The very best way for a local church to reach those outside its walls is to equip its own members, not to continually look to outside groups and organizations to meet the needs of the community.
Instead of suggesting, “The Church isn’t meeting the needs, so we’ll do it instead,” Always Going says, “How can we help this local church meet the specific needs of the community it seeks to serve.”

GOSPEL OUTREACH LEADERS
Gospel Outreach Leaders are not a replacement for Small Group Leaders within a church. They work with Small Group Leaders to ensure believers can become well-rounded disciple-makers. Small Group Leaders focus mainly on believers’ inward focus while GO Leaders help them develop an outward focus. With the addition of GO Leaders, the church has an answer and a plan for people at every stage of spiritual maturity.
